eConsultation – an alternative to contacting reception
The aim of an eConsultation is to help you get things done without having to come in to the surgery. You can request to see/speak to a GP, request an ongoing sick note, send referral queries, send a medication query or order regular medications, Click on the link below to select a form.
Online Services
Online services allow you to:
- book, check or cancel appointments with a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional
- order repeat prescriptions
- see your health record, including information about consultations, medicines, vaccinations and test results
- see communications between your GP surgery and other services, such as hospitals
